C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s important <em>la glande<\/em>. On n&rsquo;y croit pas toujours mais pourtant c&rsquo;est capital dans la vie d&rsquo;un humain. Dans une ville comme Paris, on se sent presque toujours oblig\u00e9 de sortir pour aller voir des amis, aller boire un verre, aller au cin\u00e9ma, etc. Paris est une ville qui bouge, alors \u00e7a nous para\u00eet tout naturel de bouger avec. Mais on ne pense jamais \u00e0 rester chez soi, et <strong>ne rien faire<\/strong>. Se reposer, tout simplement. Errer dans son appartement, regarder un film, aller sur le net, passer un coup de fil, jouer du piano ou de la guitare, ou tout simplement, faire des arrangements sur le design de son blog&#8230; Et depuis longtemps, je ne l&rsquo;avais pas fait. Depuis mon retour de Chine, j&rsquo;ai pris beaucoup de retard un peu partout&nbsp;: Les cours, le sommeil, mon travail personnel, etc. Mais mon plus gros souci est le sommeil. J&rsquo;ai un rythme o\u00f9 je me couche vers 1h du matin pour me r\u00e9veiller \u00e0 7h le lendemain matin. Evidemment, je ne suis pas un surhomme pour tenir le choc pendant 365 jours, ce qui fait qu&rsquo;il arrive un moment o\u00f9 je ne tiens plus debout, un peu comme si j&rsquo;\u00e9tais bourr\u00e9. Et hier, c&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait. Apr\u00e8s m&rsquo;\u00eatre lev\u00e9 \u00e0 7h du matin pour un DST d&rsquo;\u00e9co-droit de 3h, j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 avec des amis et je suis rentr\u00e9 chez moi. Depuis hier, je n&rsquo;ai presque rien fait. Je ne tiens pas \u00e0 raconter ma vie \u00ab\u00a0priv\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb sur ce blog donc je ne parlerai pas de ma soir\u00e9e en d\u00e9tail. Mais en gros, je me suis repos\u00e9 et j&rsquo;y ai pris plaisir. Cet apr\u00e8s midi, je vais certainement sortir pour retrouver ma tr\u00e8s ch\u00e8re capital pollu\u00e9e, et mes amis par la m\u00eame occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela pour vous dire&nbsp;: Profiter, sortez, reposez-vous, bref, sentez-vous libre de faire ce qu&rsquo;il vous plait<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il faut en parler.
