Il est possible que dans un futur proche, on puisse enfin \u00e9viter la longue attente avant l’embarquement dans les a\u00e9roports ! Si si, c’est vrai ! Air France commence \u00e0 tester un tout nouveau syst\u00e8me \u00e0 Roissy pour apporter \u00ab\u00a0plus de simplicit\u00e9 et de confort\u00a0\u00bb : l’embarquement par empreintes digitales.
\nLe principe ? Le client doit se faire faire au pr\u00e9alable une carte personnelle appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0smartboarding\u00a0\u00bb. Sur celle-ci sont retenues les informations sur son identit\u00e9 ainsi que les empreintes de ses deux index crypt\u00e9es. Le jour du voyage, le passager s’enregistre \u00e0 une borne sp\u00e9ciale qui lui imprime, au recto de sa smartboarding, sa carte d’embarquement. La technologie utilis\u00e9e est celle de l’impression thermique : \u00e0 chaque nouveau voyage, les donn\u00e9es imprim\u00e9es lors du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent vol s’effacent au profit du nouveau et l’op\u00e9ration peut \u00eatre reproduite 500 fois.Au moment d’embarquer, le passager emprunte un portail automatique sp\u00e9cial (quatre ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s) sur lequel il appose sa carte et l’un de ses deux index pour v\u00e9rifier son identit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour faire correctement son op\u00e9ration marketing, Air France pr\u00e9f\u00e8re insister sur l’autonomie du passager, et le fait qu’il peut embarquer quand bon lui semble (tant que l’avion est l\u00e0!), au lieu de parler du gain de temps, et certainement des co\u00fbts r\u00e9duits… et le licenciement qui va avec ?<\/p>\n

Cette op\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0test\u00a0\u00bb va se prolonger jusqu’\u00e0 la fin de l’ann\u00e9e.
