Je suis client SFR de longue date et j’ai toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 leur service client qui s’am\u00e9liore chaque ann\u00e9e. Des conseillers tr\u00e8s rapidement disponibles (depuis quelques temps je n’ai m\u00eame plus \u00e0 attendre, on me r\u00e9pond directement), des gens aimables et de plus en plus comp\u00e9tents, bref, un tr\u00e8s bon point pour eux. Quand je pense \u00e0 Bouygues que j’ai essay\u00e9 de contacter il y a quelques temps pour d\u00e9panner un ami : en un appel, j’ai pu constater que leur service client \u00e9tait toujours aussi d\u00e9plorable que ce que j’ai pu conna\u00eetre quand j’\u00e9tais chez eux \u00e0 mes d\u00e9buts.<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, grande surprise, je d\u00e9couvre 15 euros de plus sur ma facture SFR<\/strong>. Je m’empresse de regarder sur internet pour essayer de comprendre. Je vous passe les d\u00e9tails de la r\u00e9duction r\u00e9engagement 24 mois qui a finie plus t\u00f4t que ce que je pensais (oui je me suis fais avoir !) mais j’avais aussi un \u00ab\u00a0ajustement modem\u00a0\u00bb, c’est \u00e0 dire un forfait de 50 Mo pour utiliser mon iPhone comme modem \u00e0 5 euros\/mois. Je n’ai pas trouv\u00e9 \u00e7a honn\u00eate car j’ai 1 Go sur mon forfait actuel (mais je passe \u00e0 l’offre RED le mois prochain<\/a>) et je pensais sinc\u00e8rement pouvoir les utiliser pour connecter mon iPad \u00e0 mon iPhone. Et bah non ! Et c’est l\u00e0 que la conseill\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 gentille et m’en a fait cadeau… Je n’ai m\u00eame pas eu \u00e0 gueuler.<\/p>\n

Pour finir, je lui demande : j’ai pris l’offre RED \u00e0 19,99\u20ac chez vous. Si j’ai un probl\u00e8me, je peux quand m\u00eame vous t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner ou je dois passer uniquement par internet ?<\/strong> Je m’attendais \u00e0 une r\u00e9ponse ferme : \u00ab\u00a0non, c’est uniquement par internet monsieur<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Mais \u00e0 la place, elle m’a dit : \u00ab\u00a0Il faut privil\u00e9gier Internet mais si vous avez vraiment un gros probl\u00e8me, vous pouvez nous appeler, on ne vous raccrochera pas au nez<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. J’ai trouver \u00e7a aimable et pro.<\/p>\n
