Si je ne souhaite pas prendre le temps de donner mon avis sur tout, j&rsquo;aime critiquer les restaurants en tant qu&rsquo;amoureux de la nourriture. Entendez bien l\u00e0 la vraie d\u00e9finition du mot \u00ab\u00a0critiquer\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 quel point cela avait modifi\u00e9 ma fa\u00e7on de me rendre dans ces lieux et ces temps de repas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant, j&rsquo;allais au restaurant sans \u00eatre sp\u00e9cialement critique. Toujours un peu car c&rsquo;est ma nature et j&rsquo;attache beaucoup d&rsquo;importance \u00e0 la perfection. J&rsquo;estime que lorsque je paye un service, plus ou moins cher, les gens doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur de mes attentes. Et je souhaite la m\u00eame chose pour les autres. Mais, je me laissais un peu plus bercer par le plaisir d&rsquo;\u00eatre au restaurant et de ne rien avoir \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n<p>Puis j&rsquo;ai connu TripAdvisor.<\/p>\n<h3>Ne plus se faire avoir<\/h3>\n<p>La premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui m&rsquo;a charm\u00e9, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de pouvoir d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux restaurants sans me faire avoir. Rien de plus d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able que de s&rsquo;installer dans un restaurant qui donne envie pour au final manger de la mauvaise nourriture, de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 avec un service d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. Et TripAdvisor permet cela. Choisir ce que je vais faire, o\u00f9 je vais aller et \u00e9viter les pi\u00e8ges.<\/p>\n<h3>Pouvoir exprimer son m\u00e9contentement<\/h3>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment auquel j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 sensible, c&rsquo;est de pouvoir m&rsquo;exprimer suite au passage dans un restaurant. D\u00e9j\u00e0 n\u00e9gativement. Lorsque votre repas se passe mal, trop souvent vous souhaitez vous plaindre au responsable mais c\u2019est souvent la croix et la banni\u00e8re. On peut le dire, autant pisser dans un violon. Vous vous faites avoir, avec les compliments du chef, et c&rsquo;est tout.<br \/>\nAujourd&rsquo;hui, vous pouvez vous exprimer. Vous pouvez dire et montrer les choses, informer les \u00e9ventuels futurs clients.<\/p>\n<h3>Dire merci et faire la promo d&rsquo;un restaurant<\/h3>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment, qui a toute son importance, c&rsquo;est le plaisir de laisser un commentaire positif, f\u00e9liciter le restaurateur et donner envie aux autres internautes de s&rsquo;y rendre. Tout le monde peut s&rsquo;inscrire et laisser son avis&#8230;et se l\u00e2cher ! Lorsque l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet un peu le fonctionnement d&rsquo;un site comme TripAdvisor, on remarque vite les internautes qui viennent cracher sur un lieu facilement : ils ont la plupart du temps un seul avis \u00e0 leur actif et leur commentaire est un d\u00e9versement de choses n\u00e9gatives. M\u00eame si \u00e7a peut arriver, il faut rester constructif. Donc l\u00e0, aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat&#8230; et c&rsquo;est trop facile de casser une entreprise de cette mani\u00e8re, donc ce n&rsquo;est pas s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n<h3>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des restaurants<\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, il ne faut jamais oublier que nous jouons quelque part avec la vie de personnes, par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de leur m\u00e9tier.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai souvent eu l&rsquo;occasion de parler avec les patrons de restaurants. Ils m&rsquo;expliquaient \u00e0 quel point ils attachent de l&rsquo;importance \u00e0 ce type de site qui peut leur faire une solide r\u00e9putation&#8230;ou les ruiner. Ils me disaient surtout qu&rsquo;ils sont impuissants face \u00e0 ce qui est \u00e9crit. M\u00eame s&rsquo;ils ont un droit de r\u00e9ponse, quand un mauvais commentaire est publi\u00e9 le mal est fait.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis l&rsquo;essor d&rsquo;internet, les sites o\u00f9 nous pouvons publier notre avis sont nombreux, et cela ne va pas s&rsquo;arr\u00eater l\u00e0.<br \/>\nS&rsquo;exprimer est une bonne chose mais il faut le faire a bon escient.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut \u00e9galement ne pas trop se prendre la t\u00eate. Finalement, nous ne sommes pas critiques de restaurant alors ne nous enflammons pas.
